My name is Claire, and I am the founder and owner of Scented by Her. So, let me tell you a bit about me and my business...

I'm in my early 20's and based in Melbourne, Australia. I have always been passionate about business & entrepreneurship, ever since I was a little girl. I knew I was destined to become an entrepreneur but had zero clue how or what I was going to do. I had a few solid ideas, but they never stuck with me. Then one day, the idea of cocktail kits came about and after endless hard work, dedication & research, Scented by Her was born! I hope you enjoy this experience as much as I do!

At Scented By Her, we believe fragrance should be an experience — not an afterthought.

While mass-produced candles and home scents are made to be quick, cheap, and predictable, our creations are crafted with intention, quality, and care.

Every* product is hand-poured, thoughtfully blended, and made in small batches to ensure superior scent performance, cleaner ingredients, and longer-lasting aroma.   • Since we take pride in fulfilling every order, if we run out of stock on an item, you agree that your order may have a short wait time to be fulfilled while we get more stock. If this greatly affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to make sure you are happy to wait.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
  • Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Payment and Billing:

  • All prices are listed in AUD.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Afterpay. Other payment methods may be available at checkout.
  • Payment is due at time of purchase.
  • If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • We currently ship Australia wide. 
  • Shipping times and estimates are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers. 
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 

Refunds and Returns:

  • At Scented by Her, we take pride in providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at scentedbyher@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
