What is the return policy?

At Scented by Her we take pride in providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at scentedbyher@gmail.com or scentedbyher_ on Instagram with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
